To transform the old patio area, extend and create a new area for beds and the hot tub. We used 1200mm wide porcelain slabs for this.

We were so happy with Dans ideas and dedication to make sure we got the slabs and design we required. So much so we had them complete other work while they were here.
August 2025
To create a patio terrace with interest and paths leading to the studio, using Raj sandstone and matching setts. Additional seating areas done in brick as a contrast. We also added a bespoke pergola and screen to finish the entertaining area off.

October 2025
The old Yorkstone crazy paving allowed no access to the house that was safe. I proposed a two-tiered space with new walls, steps and planter to create a feature, this would create a usable space for all they needed, we incorporated new lighting, music and outside heating to finish.
October 25
New dividing brick walls to create two levels for paving, also to build a new raised planter to match.
Leigh
The brickwork sets off the work for the paving. We had considered sleepers but so glad we went with brick.
December 2025.
A big challenge to create two huge retaining wall sections. All done in concrete reinforced blocks which were rendered to finish.
Gomshall Surrey
We choose Parklane through a recommendation. We were developing the house and needed a huge amount of work doing. Dan got all the walls, driveway, fencing done to our specs, we couldn’t be happier.

To remove an old sleeper wall and replace with a retaining wall and brickface to follow the same curve as before.

A useless area of the garden which was weedy and damp removed to provide a new entertaining decked area with screens to modernise.

To remove a large banked area of the garden to make way for three new car park spots. Including retaining walls, steps and new fencing.

We liased with dan throughout the works as we didn’t leave in the property. All of his suggestions paid off. A real transformation.
We chose Parklane following a recommendation and during the initial consultation, we stressed that we needed the work completed by a set date due to a very important 40th Birthday party we had planned, no pressure!!! The owner, Dan was honest with us and promised he would complete the job on time but this would require them completing the work in stages which we were happy with and also completely understood due to us leaving the request to the last minute, top tip as they are a busy company, consult with them early as they are in demand!!! As promised the work was completed on time and the finished product is amazing. The team that completed the work were friendly, neat and professional. I even caught one of them washing the front of the house after mixing some mortar which was not expected and shows their pride. The end product rendered us speechless, we were so pleased with the result and the reactions from our party guests were as expected, everyone wanted Parklanes number… I would fully recommend Parklane and we are completely satisfied with their work.
